It's in the beta testing stage at the moment, I had the 3rd beta update yesterday. According to SamMobile, samsung may release the roll out schedule today at their conference.

Confirmation here, the official stable Android 13 may roll firstly to the S22 series shortly afterwards. https://www.sammyfans.com/2022/10/10/samsung-officially-unveiling-one-ui-5-0-android-13-on-october-1... The Developer Conference starts at 6 PM Uk time and will have more information later.

Rumour has it also the fold phones won't get the beta of OneUi 5 but will get the public release instantly. Might be true I don't know.
