Still Not Received My S21Ultra

I ordered a S21Ultra 256gb from the Samsung Store on the 3rd of February but still haven't received it. When I ordered it it was out of stock, and the first available delivery date was the 18th February. That day has come and passed, Still no phone. The help line tells me they have stock problems, even though its still in stock on the web site. Anyone else going through this crap.

Yes I read about problems with the clear view case scratching the screen.

Looks like you've had the level of service that is now expected from Samsung.

If its any consolation they do seem to have had stock in today so maybe its worth calling them again? Although the thought of myself having to go through another call with "Help" sends shivers down my spine !!

Looks like Samsung are pulling out all the stops trying to get overdue orders out. I had an email yesterday to say it was being delivered tomorrow. I've just had a text to say its coming this morning.
