If you have the Samsung S21 series. You have to wait for the Beta programme banner. If you don't believe me, tap support and click on text chat. A live person will speak to you I was speaking to someone for two hours asking about the Beta programme for Samsung S21 series and he said it won't be till September/ October time.

Thats the problem because you got it from ee. It has ee software on your phone.
This is why you cant get the beta sophie

It could be unlocked to take any network simcard but it could have EE firmware on it. If u go to settings , about phone ,software information and then on service provider software it should say BTU,BTU,BTU/OXM/BTU, yours will probably say EVR,EVR,EVR/OXM/EVR

As Antonz85 says your handset firmware is coded to EE's CSC so it would not be eligible for Beta programme. To get UI5 and Android 13 then it will be a matter of waiting until it is official release date....then the inevitable delay of the EE variant being finalised and pushed out.
Beta eligible devices are those which are true factory unlocked and retailed direct from Samsung, Amazon, Currys etc
