OK when you connect the phone to your PC, an option should show up requesting whether to share your files. Accept it and check your PC for the phone in explorer. If you have Samsung Dex installed on your PC, it should auto detect your phone when plugged in. You may also enable Link to Windows on your phone to connect to the Your Phone app on the PC.

Yes, I've never had problems with my previous phones. This one just doesn't have the option to turn files. I'll try installing Dex on my laptop and see if that helps
