I'm trying to pre order the s21 ultra and using my old s10+ as a trade in. Everytime I try and process the payment it says the payment can't be made and to try again.
My bank aren't declining payments so I can only assume its an issue with the samsung site. Anyone else having this problem. I've tried different colours, delivery dates but always get the same problem.

are you a part of the upgrade programme? I am and I'm not very happy with samsung as it seems they have release the phone a couple of months early and are not allowing users to upgrade because they haven't reached 12 or 24 months on the programme.
I'm also annoyed because I cant seem to find my credit agreement anywhere, nothing on samsung account and nothing on klarna, yet I'm paying my money each month.
hopefully thinks get fixed in the coming days, but at the moment I don't have any confidence in them at the minute

I'm not part of the upgrade programme. I'm a bit annoyed as well as my trade in has gone down in money aswell so the deal isn't as sweet as it was. I've been advised to speak to the ecommerce team tomorrow.

Hi, interested in you saying the price has gone down, I'm sure 14th my s20+ said £540, yesterday and today it says £450, is this the same issue you have had?

/I got it traded in at £540 but now im worried they may not honour it as may have been an accident

hey, I ended up cancelling the order as finally received the upgrade email which is the way I originally wanted to do it however I'm sure if I had done it this way then I would have got it after sending in my phone
