Hi, I have a S21 Ultra since late January, I had issues in the past but now since the last Update 3 days ago My Mobile Network stopped working, I have an (Ø) symbol not even empty bars, the SIM card works great on other devices, but non SIM card works on this device, I tried reseting the network settings, Wiped cache partition, factory reset, airplane mode on and Off, looks like the antenna stopped working completely, not a single SIM card works on this device.

I have Wifi connection but is not what I bought this phone for, I want network service, is there any other solution I can try?

The official one ui 4 update for the s21 serious is rumoured to be available by the end of this month. I'm really hoping this solves the issue.

Sorry to break it for you but is not a software issue, is a hardware issue, I already sent my device to samsung service and they told me that has no repair so they gave me a new one, (the new device has this issue but signal can be recover restarting the device, but i don't know for how long), another guy here said it had the same and samsung service said the motherboard is broken and needs to be replaced, so the wise thing to do is try to get samsung to repair/exchange the device for you

Well if it was a hardware issue, then how is there no repair when you sent yours in? Surely, they should be able to fix it if it was just a hardware issue? Anyway, I'll wait for the update. If it doesn't work, I'll send my phone back to Samsung.

Well if the mother board is fried or something like that there is no repair, so in that case they would need to replace the motherboard and is easier for them to give a replacement device than to open the phone and change the motherboard, but i hope is a software issue and everyone can have their data back

Have you received a brand new device in a sealed box, or did you receive a refurbished one...?

Sorry to tell you guys this is a hardware issue not really sure a software update will fix it. In my case Samsung ended up changing the mainboard cuz it was the only way to fix the issue. Luckily the phone still under the warranty so the did it free of charge. So if your warranty still valid I suggest you ask them to replace your mainboard.
