S21 Ultra Echo when using wifi calling

Hello,

I have a known issue where my s21 ultra echos when using wifi calling. I work in an environment where I have to use wifi calling. There is a temporary fix of power cycling the phone, but this only works for a short time. What is the ETA on a resolve from samsung?

Do you have the echo at all location or just the one? That maybe a carrier call quality issue

I use WiFi calling alot at home, but don't have any issues at all

Infact just got off a call, whilst on wifi calling

The problem is at all locations. inside, outside, no real difference.

Try diagnostics in the members app and see if it sees anything wrong

I have the same issue. Echo at all locations when using wifi calling.  I have turned off video call effects and restarted my phone. I have run diagnostics and nothing has resolved the issue yet.  Please help.

Same problem on S20plus. Began about 90 days ago. Tried resetting and clearing cache, even obtained new SIM card all to no avail. Only fix is to return call as the echo only occurs on incoming calls when wifi used for connection. Another problem is when using wifi to initiate call I often get no available network. None of this ever occurred in the past. Came on suddenly with a vengeance and is crippling when at home as wifi service my only option when there
