@PeterOG @Emeka17: The update is being rolled out in batches, and will reach some customers sooner than others based on factors such as location, purchase date and network provider. If you head to Settings > Software update > Auto download over Wi-Fi > On, then you will be set up to receive the update when it is made available by your network.
If you have access to a home computer then you may also wish to try updating via Smart Switch. To begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S21 Ultra using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.
Please note that if you are currently outside the region that your phone was intended to be used in, then this can create compatibility issues due to software variances that exist in our devices from country to country. If this is the case, then it may not be possible to complete the One UI 7 update in your current location.
