I have a lot of trouble with screens and eye strain, it's that bad I can't use alot of phones. And it's not just old ones, I have tried full brightness low brightness, blue filter and everything on the phones but no good. Tvs are the same, was just wondering if anyone suffered the same and had any solutions ?
