Pre order still waiting to dispatch!

So all my items are preparing to dispatch but still not gone yet! Very frustrating, I ordered on the 15th, S21 ultra phantom black 512gb. People who ordered after me got their’s today. Really hope I’m not alone here

S21 ultra 250g.. Purchased via Samsung website and at the time they said delivery the 29th..

Why the 1st? They had delivery dates for all the weekend. 256gb ordered on the 24th.

I’ve just seen others who ordered around the 20th be put back to the 1st but that was for the 512gb, give them a call tomorrow if it said the 29th originally

Well it's 10.44pm UK and no dispatch email yet..

Yup, ordered on the 14th and still nothing. 40 minutes on call to Samsung earlier and the call center couldn't tell me anything more than processing.  This was on a 256.
