i entered the android 13 beta program with a samsung galaxy s21 plus and i don't know how to install the official software

Can you leave the beta Program?? As the official software has been released taking all but you out of the beta program.

I think I'm logged out but I didn't connect the phone to a computer default to the Smart switch before the beta program ended

In my experience of participating in beta programmes, the final release software is received OTA. I am assuming you aren't getting any updates when checking in settings?

Do you have a windows PC? If so, download Samsung Smart Switch for PC and connect your phone via USB C cable, it will tell you if there are any updates available.
