Is there any point in me reporting the issue of my device restarting several times a day(for reasons unbeknown to me and Samsung repairs) via Samsung Members if after 5 factory resets and having been sent in for 'repairs' twice, to be told it's a third party app that's causing the issue(how come if I hadn't installed any apps on it when I had it back the second time and it was still turning itself off and crashing), when I only got the phone in August 2021. My service network want me to send it in for repairs woth them now.. what's the bloody point!!!! They'll only send it back and tell me the same as Samsung did 'nothing found'.

If it is a third party app. Then why is this happening on this device? And not my older Samsung?

Sick of it. Pathetic that people are paying such money for a phone that doesn't work as it should!

Hi,
Most cases like this are a third party app misbehaving or not compatible with a new update check apps for updates
Or uninstall the latests apps
You installed

Try safe mode
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

If the issue stops while in safe mode then it's an app causing the problem

Try deleting the cache also

This page maybe helpful also

Hello Steve,
Thank you so much for your reply!! I will definitely give these a shot.

I feel like every update I've had is non compatible with the apps I have installed(which isn't many).

Thanks again. I really do appreciate it.

Hi, sorry to be a pain.

Is it possible for my camera to be the problem? I tried to take a photo of the moon now and the screen was glitching badly before it eventually crashed and the phone turned itself off.

It has turned itself off in the past when I've tried to take photos of landscapes but it happens so randomly I didn't think it could be the camera.

TIA

Sorry you're having the same problem Deano. Unfortunately it's been happening to me eith every single update since I had the phone in August. Could it be a hardware issue rather than a software issue?
