No Wifi calling after update

Hi is anyone else having issues with WiFi calling after the latest update? 

My house is a dead spot so I rely on WiFi for signal, now I'm struggling to make/receive calls.

And see if wifi calling is there

Yes! I've been back and forth all morning between Three (network provider) and Samsung.

I've tried everything short of a complete factory reset. Have you had any luck?

Press the phone icon.
Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press the indicator next to "WiFi Calling" to turn the function on or off.

I've confirmed that the setting is available with my SIM card in another phone, so definitely a software issue

That's the problem, the setting is no longer there

Been having the same issue was there when I bought the phone which isn't even a few months old yet had WiFi calling feature on it then done the android 11 update and it disappeared then

What's Samsung said about it as having the same problem with them and they said to me they wanted me to take my phone back to them and be without a phone for a few weeks
