No sound when upload video to whatsapp

I've updated my device #S21Ultra this morning. Tq for solved the previous problem. I'm able to upload video from my gallery directly to whatsapp. But somehow sorry to say.. when the video been sent.. there is no audio. It's muted. Hope u fix it at your soonest. Tq

The SAVE option, DOES make the file smaller.
If you MOVE that file to a PC it IS still that smaller size.
The original larger file DID NOT make it over to the PC.

If you not move that rename file back to the phone and go and edit it, it some how remembers it is attached to a hidden unedited file on the phone and you can once again, revert.  This potentially could fill up you phone if you do a load of edits and "SAVE" not "Save a copy" and then move those smaller files off our phone . . . . .the original unedited larger file on your phone stays hidden . .not good.

Reading the posts, id does appear that WhatsApp (not Samsung) says they have a bug, . . lets see.

It's not a solution, it's a way around. WhatsApp will fix it.

Open video editor select "create movie" option.

Select one more item.

Save .

Share on whatsapp .crop as much as you want.

It will have audio.

The problem lies with the codes of the built in Samsung video editor, it uses AAC audio with higher bit rate and frequency.

The easiest solution is to re render the video into a more friendly format.

Here is how,

Download power director, re render the video to a friendly format.

It should fix the problem. I have tested and it worked.
