New samsung s21 ultra

Hi everyone so ive recently upgraded my phone contract to a Samsung S21 Ultra but it seems to not be getting any newer software updates. My old s20 plus was getting security patches on a monthly basis

currently on 

security patch level: 1 May 2021 

Android 11

One UI 3.1

Can anyone advise please?

That's my Ver. I'm on the latest non branded UK S21 Ultra, direct from Samsung. The one from Affordable mobiles was Greek 😕
I would definitely do more digging before you're locked into the contract

Thanks for your support through this but I have decided that the best option would be to return the device to affordable mobiles for piece of mind

Exactly what I did, it's a shame it is what it is. After contacting Affordable Mobiles and Samsung they both confirmed I had a Greek S21 Ultra.

Samsung have half decent contracts.
