My Mobile network keeps disconnecting/restarting 🙍‍♂️

Good morning my mobile network keeps cutting out. What is going on? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a fix

Try reset Network

Go settings
General management
Reset

Reset Network settings

And see if
helps solve your issue

I believe that deletes all wifi passwords etc 🙃 however I will give it a go just to rule it out

This only seems to happen when I use 5G. I've tested all other network modes (LTE & 3G) and they worked fine

The problem still persist after resetting network settings

You could try contacting your network provider to see if there any issues or they doing maintenance in your area 😉

It's not the network provider. I tested a different 5g device on the same Carrie and had no issues
