How to get calls appear on screen when someone

How do you get the phone app to open when someone calls ,the phone is ringing but there is no pop ups or notification on the screen,how do I  fix this on my s21

I use holey light as there are no indications on the s10 and s21. Easy to set up with onscreen notifications
The picture is from my s10 but holey light is also installed on my s21

That's not the problem, the problem is when someone rings,there's no screen with the name of the person with the option to accept or decline the call,and no way to access the phone app to turn speakerphone on

I use hiya to manage the calls, it displays the name ( if available) and number

Hiya works with incoming calls but doesn't have the facility to use contacts when ringing out

I found should I answer app has the list of contacts but only does a pop up on the top of the screen when someone rings

@Barrie1: Head to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Call Display While Using Apps, and set this to 'Full Screen'. Let me know if this helps.
