Eye comfort shield doesn't actually enable now when pressing the quick toggle or in settings after updating to One UI 4.0.
It will enable and disable within the times that it is scheduled to be on, but not any other time.
EDIT: Seems like that's the intentional behaviour - which now that I'm used to it is quite nice, but there should definitely be a quick toggle too for when you just randomly want it.
