Colour Temperature changes after One UI 6 update

Had the One UI 6 update on my S21 Ultra a couple days ago and and every night at 8pm (UK) the screen colour temperature gets warm and then switches off at 9:45am the next morning. I don't have eye comfort shield on or anything. I've gone through routines and I can't find anything anywhere in settings. Is this a bug or am I somehow missing something hidden somewhere?

I'm wondering if it is a bug on your phone @Owen_B177

Or maybe an app you've downloaded.

Try Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

Try > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

As a last resort back up and factory reset.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Afraid not. Ive been through every setting. Turned off everything that's automated. I have no clue what it could possibly be other than a bug. A strange one though.

I'm getting the same with my Samsung S22. I updated today and after sunset, my phone has gone warm.
