My brand new s21 ultra was remotely controlled to restart it, shut it down, enable both WiFi and Bluetooth, and generate weird sounds all automatically. I neither insert any SIM card nor install/ configure anything. It told me that this device is so unsecured! I don't know how should I do with this outstanding device!
Is it because of UWB? How can I disable it?

If you 100% believe the phone has been compromised then send it back @riow
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Yes, thanks for the hard factory reset reminder.
I'd thought about returning it, but there's just a problem to me to do so...

But, how can I disable UWB which made me unconfidently keep using S21 ultra?

Where did you get it from?
May you perform the following actions? Power off your device, then connect it to your charger and press volume down, while keeping it pressed press the power button. At that point you will boot into donwload mode if you have done everything correctly.
In donwload mode there is a parameter called knox warranty void, is it 0x0 or 0x1??
To exit donwnload mode keep the power button and volume down pressed, it will reboot the device.

I doubt it was hacked... It was probably a return resold as new that is still linked to the original buyers lost phone app and they are having some fun at your expense.

I'll check what you talked about this. Thanks.
