Beta Software Update

Hi I'm in the UK but I'm not getting the new released software to download please help

How do I enroll?

If your phone is eligible for the Beta software, you will find it in the notices section on the Members App

Well since I can't see it perhaps it's not eligible 😔

Only unlocked devices running non carrier specific Firmware versions are eligible. If your handset came from a service provider then it will not be eligible.
Have a look at other posts about Beta eligibility and what to look for.

If you look at the service provider software version.
The code on the end will have something like EUX.
If you go into settings. Down the bottom tap on About Phone
Then tap on software information
You will see service provider software version
Normally last few letters say if its service provider supplied or unlocked manufacturer supplied

Mine says VOD/EUX/VOD what does it mean?

Means it was supplied from Vodafone
So has Vodafone carrier software installed
So unfortunately you will need to wait for the general release of the software
