got a text today saying they have been dispatched. I did the claim and was validated on Saturday 30th January.

sMe for me, validated on 1st Feb and received email today confirming they have been dispatched. seems to be approx 3 weeks from verification to them shipping. Still it's better than the 45 days.

Samsung state that it may take up to 45 days to deliver the free gifts due to COVID-19 problems. It took mine over 50 days to arrive but I expected this would happen with so many absent staff at Samsung and the Post Office. I can assure you that it is well worth the wait, the gifts are incredible.
