I'm using a different phone model to you but the 🔋 usage seems to be on par to me.
Clearing the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section is a good move 👌
If this continues I'd suggest to send some feedback via your Samsung Members App.
Ultimately as a last resort a factory reset may help.
