Does anyone know what the icon next to the WiFi is?

@Elletee: This is the symbol for Wi-Fi calling, a network specific feature that allows for calls over your Wi-Fi network. Hope this helps.

Looks like Wifi calling is enabled. I might be wrong, but have a look here.

Even if I turn Wi-Fi Calling off, that icon is still there.

It shows that wifi calling is enabled on SIM 1

You have to disable VoLTE but you will lose superior call quality and coverage where 2/3G isn't available.

Thank you for asking about the number 1 it was driving me mad thinking it was a missed call. Deleted my call history and all sorts.
