SIM CARD MANAGER UNAVAILABLE IN S20 ULTRA MENU

sim card manager line absent in notification part of my S20 Ultra menu so I cannot install E Sim.

My S20 Ultra software is up to date but still  this fonction is not available!!!!

Samsung is has really a very bad technical support service !!!

I am complaining for 1 year and till I got neither a solution nore even any kind of answer. 

I am think to change and become Iphone customer instead.

If sim manager is not available, its usually mean that your phone isn't dual sim or has been disabled by your network provider

I'm surprised that we have the same phone but different software
My phone is unlocked from Samsung website

It's down to when you got the phone, if you buy it from Samsung they are usually unlocked and dual sim enabled. If you get from Network Provider they can lock it if they want to

My friend who lives in the US has same phone but Snapdragon Varient but AT&T his provider has locked it or only sell single sim phones
