settings hangs after android 12 update

I have two s20FEs. They both updated to Android 12 last night.
One works fine. The other hangs when I try to go to the wifi menu in settings.

It says "setting isn't responding" All of the other submenus in settings appear to be working.
I have cleared the cache for the settings app and have deleted the cache partition. nothing helps.

Any ideas?

Hi, backup all your important files & do a factory reset that should fix your issue.

Put in recovery mode and wipe system cache

Sounds like the update was interrupted for some reason. Factory reset it again. Charge it to 100% and stable WiFi connection without any sim card in.
