Screen Flicker S20 FE After Recent Update

My S20 Fe's screen has started to flicker (is the easiest way to describe it) every 5 mins or so.  Is there any way I can fix it?

@Birdie81 Hello, try deactivating dark mode, if it has activated / and if it is a third-party /. Another thing would be in Settings / Screen / Eye Saver-deactivate it. A greeting.
