Hi was just wondering if anyone else had the same issue?
June 1st 2020 I renewed through the upgrade programme to my now currant S20 Ultra.
It now being June 2nd 2021 I though I must be due to renew again to a new phone if I wish.
Upon logging into the upgrade lounge portal. It now shows I cannot upgrade until july 12? Over 13 months not 12 for a chance to upgrade?
