Samsung s20 +

Hi

Im having trouble with the s20+.

When i try and shut the phone down press the off button at the top no icons come up eg reset or off.

Go into settings apps click on apps and it crashes.

So i thought i may as well do a factory reset but when i press reset it crashes.

Any ideas what i can do to get out of this cycle?

@paulgs: Try forcing a restart by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds. If successful, this will perform a Soft Reset and address any software issues that might be a contributing factor. If you have installed any third party apps recently, please try uninstalling them temporarily, as this will help to clarify if the problem is stemming from an external source.
