Unresponsive touchscreen above the power button

Hey everyone,

My Samsung Galaxy S20's touchscreen suddenly stopped working above the power button. Around 40% - top part of the screen is uniformly non-responsive. The bottom - the rest of the screen is fine.

Any ideas on what might be causing this or how to fix it?

@OliverWells: If you head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Phone diagnostics > Touch screen, and run your finger across each of the on-screen squares in the affected area, does the issue persist?
