I purchased a refurbished Samsung S20 phone from giffgaff last week. Generally it’s working perfectly but I’ve noticed a slight crackle when playing youtube videos/podcasts/radio etc. After a bit of googling and experimenting I’ve worked out it’s the top speaker at fault. By turning the top speaker off (through hearing enhancements and sliding the left/right balance) and just using the bottom speaker everything is cystal clear. By just using the top speaker it’s muffled and crackly. So I’m at the point of returning for a repair or replace but, as advised, am trying here first…anyone help?
