Dear all
I have a Samsung S20 and my husband has an S10. If I call him then I cannot hear him, but if he calls me it is fine. All other contacts are fine. All tests have been fine, speaker and microphones work and volume is up. we have reset. I have input a new SIM. I have downloaded all updates. any suggestions???
