Hi. I am looking for some help. I am able to call from my phone and use other functions normally however I am unable to send text messages to all in my contact list. I have run diagnostics, used Google to check all possible issues and still cannot text.

Is it that you can't find some of the contacts, or you can't find anyone to send messages to?

Secondly, can you create and send the message, but it just doesn't deliver successfully?

I have all my contact but I've tried sending messages to multiple people and it won't send at all. Its coming up with the exclamation mark and says message not sent. I tried sending messages via WiFi and it won't do that either

Sorry, do you mean you can't send a text msg to ALL your contacts, as in one msg to the contact group (everyone), or you just can't send any msg to any contact at all?

I can't send a message to a single person.

Have you spoken to your network provider? That's who I would speak to before wasting time trying to find a fix
