Have you also tried a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @Maxvax ?

I had similar issue with Routines, if routine was configured to enable Power Saving with option "Limit apps and home screen" enabled, the routine would not stop automatically at scheduled routine end time and it had to be stopped manually.
After multiple data reset and trial and error, for my phone, the bug was being triggered by Routine + app which is part of GoodLock.
If i remove it, the scheduled routine stops as per schedule

I have a similar problem with my Note 20 Ultra which I have just paired with my new Watch 6 Classic. I have 4 different sleep routines set for different days of the week. It is totally random whether the sleep mode turns on or not and when. Sometimes it turns activates on the phone but just **bleep** the watch into Do Not Disturb and not sleep mode. I had to turn it on manually but then it turns off at a different time in the morning than that which I have set for that day. I have tried all the reboots and cache clearing but still non luck. Any ideas?

I'm having a problem with a routine I set up for NFC to turn on when Google Wallet is opened, and off again when Google Wallet is closed. Sent an error report on 11/08, got an update on 28/08 saying it was fixed with the latest update. I've ensured all apps are up to date, but the issue is still there.
I'm in the UK and we haven't had the August software update yet, the last one was July.

I'n on an S22 Ultra and am having the same issue with routines - they basically have stopped working. Rebooting the phone works as a fix lasting approximately 24 hours, and the issue then recurs. Likewise clearing the cache of the digital wellbeing app.
Is there really no solution for this other than this duct-tape approach despite the clear run of issues and the length of time people have been experiencing this? Disappointed!!!
