I did my backup to my 128g sd card and a second one to Samsung cloud, after restore i can't find my pics or docs.
My S20 doesn't recognise my sd card and wants to format it, even although there was data on it!
I took the sd card out when I performed a factory reset on my S20.
Should I have left it in during factory reset?
Also where will I find my pics and docs on Samsung cloud?
Or does it not back up said data?
Sorry for the War & Peace script#

There's only 1.96 gb on the restore page but I was up to about 9 gb with all my pics videos docs and downloads, and even with my sd card inserted my S20 doesn't recognise it, neither does my laptop, they seem to have vanished or corrupted them.
