Hi all..

I am having an issue which I cannot work out.

Biometrics issue:

Finger print instead of numbers to unlock, 3 days on for the first time.

I woke up to use my phone and the phone said you have not used this within 72h use your code to unlock" this firstly is not true, less than 12h.

Tried my unlock code, doesn't work.then the text above said "your password contains at least 4 characters including at least 1 letter" this is also untrue, does not define the password I set in any way.

In addition to this, powering off and then holding the power down and volume up I think(Boot drivr) says fail and will not go into that function

After this I'm stuck, any ideas folks?

I don't know if this helps, but I've regularly got to put in my password instead of finger print. It's a is i can only use my fingerprint a certain number of times before I have to put in my password. I think the "your password contains ...." is a standard massage, not personalised. By characters, it refers to any letters, numbers or symbols.
