Hi,
I have an S20FE. Up to date software and all apps updated. E.on app deleted and reinstalled.
I use the E.on app, and occasionally it logs me out. When I try to log back in the fingerprint log-in has disappeared from the login option. I then, annoyingly have to go searching for my password.
I reset the fingerprint and it works for a while. It will then happen again. Randomly.
E.on say it's my phone and not their end.
Does anybody have an idea where the problem is?

I don't think I've ever used Samsung pass for any saving of login details - always google.
It's weird how it's just this one app. All other fingerprints work fine. All banking CC and paypal etc etc work fine.
On the E.on app, after previously enabling fingerprint login it'll work for a while, until it logs me out (for some reason). Then the option to select fingerprint is gone altogether from the login page. I then have to enable it again after logging in using email and password. I'm convinced it's the app itself.

I got in touch with Samsung and they said the problem is nothing to do with them. It's an app problem and it's down to E.On
