I purchased a "renewed" S20+ a few weeks ago. Today I went to move emails to a specific folder in the email app under my AOL account and found that not all of my folders transferred over. I tried everything I could think of, including deleting the account and reinstalling it. I even tried searching for emails I know that I keep in that folder and....nothing. They are important emails for when I travel....hence it is my "reservations" folder. I need access to this folder and cannot be without it. So far, I'm not in love with this phone, except for the fact that it is faster than my S7. Other than that....not so much.... 😞 Can anyone tell me how to find this folder? Thank you
