Dual Audio for Calling - Bluetooth Ear Buds

Hello Dears,  I am using S20 FE and I have my JBL earbuds.  

I was able to fix the settings and make the 2 buds working for my MEDIA/MUSIC, but for CALLING AUDIO, it is using only one of 2, either left or right.  Anyone knows how to fix this issue?  Any settings that can solve this ? Thank you so much.

I have the same phone S20 FE and JBL reflect contour 2.0 earbuds. What settings change did you make to detect your earbuds?
