Bluetooth connection with car audio

Hi,

I'm having problems with the connection through Bluetooth to my car.  Bluetooth connects and I can use it to make calls with no audio problems but when I try to listen to music there is nothing! The music stops on my phone (suggesting it's connecting fine) but no sound. I've used the Bluetooth with other phones so I'm sure it's an issue with the phone.  I've tried separating the audio and reconnecting but nothing. Any ideas? My phone is a Samsung s20 +

Try Factory Resetting the Phone therefore everything including the audio will be reset and it might have a chance of working.Do have a Go Incase it does fix your problem
