bixby wake-up stop immediately after i said "hi, bixby"

I'm on s20 fe 5g, all software and OS up to date with last version.

recently, bixby wake-up stopped to work properly (don't really know what caused the bug since i don't use it often)

Bixby windows open normally when i say "hi,bixby" (means it is not a voice detection issue) but it shutdown immediately after without i have the time to tell any sentence.

the problem happen only with voice activation, bixby properly listen to my command when opened from app icon or using the power button shortcut (press twice).

It tried to restart the phone=> problem not solved

deleting bixby wake-up cache/data and uninstall all its update to reinstall them properly from galaxy store. the bug is always here.

What to do for bixby working properly again when activated with "hi,bixby"?

It's been rubbish for the last year or so , had an update and it was brilliant , next and subsequent updates have made it worse and worse , I use hey Google now but it's really leggy and slow , atleast it actually works though
