Hello. I have a Galaxy S20 FE and for the last few weeks, I have been unable to send and recieve texts from my phone and other phones on different carriers and different phone manufacturers (Apple, Motorola, etc.). Shortcodes and messages from 3rd party applications are still able to be received but not able to be sent. "Couldn't send message" is immediately prompted when a message is attempted to be sent. I have done the usual hard restart/power off and restarting my network and accessability settings with no luck. After talking with my carrier, they said this is a repetitive issue along with newer models like the S21s, S22s, and S23s that should have been resolved. I would have rolled back security updates since this seemed to work prior to a forced update but that doesn't look possible.
Do you have suggestions how to get this working?
Android Version: 13

A little confused by your ask here.
Are you saying you've used your SIM in several devices and SMS isn't working on any of them?
If so then it could be one of 3 things:
1. Network carrier issue with your account.
2. Faulty SIM card
3. Issue/ problem with your RCS Messages if you have this turned on.
