Andriod 13 update s20 ultra

I don't know why I still haven't gotten the Andriod 13 update on my galaxy s20 ultra, I'm in Nigeria and my phone is the UAE version. And I have also been receiving other updates.

If a phone has been imported from a country it was released to be used in into another country then your dependent on the country of origin sending out the update.

This can sometimes be delayed.

Updates are sent out in waves as not to overload the servers and is sent out dependent on region, phone model and it's serial and build number @Emmy5 

You could also try Samsung Smartswitch.
