I have downloaded an app called Mezurio which won't function without notifications. However the app does not appear under Notifications in Settings. When I choose "all system apps" it does then show, but won't allow me to switch on notifications - it stays greyed out and gives the message in the subject title above.
I have the latest Android software and the app is the current version. I have rebooted the phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Has anyone any bright ideas, please?

Also having a similar issue.... I flick the toggle to Allow notifications, exit Settings but then when I go back into Settings, the allow notifications is greyed out again. The app is also stating that 'all notifications from the app are blocked'. My issues are occurring with TfL Oyster app so I'm not getting any notifications for when I have a low balance on there. Everything was working fine until a few months ago 😞

This has only happened since the One UI 6 update I believe.
C'mon Samsung!

Good to know.
I had to do a factory reset a few days ago.. Prior to the update.
Very frustrating 😤

Same problem as the OP. On S23 with the app Feel the Wear 2 which I installed today.
Can't toggle notifications in the app under Settings and the app itself does not even show in the list of apps under Notification in Settings.
I used the previous version: Feel the wear 1 for waking me up for blood sugar alarms. That app does show in the list. Would like a solution quick.

Same here with Moen Flo app. I had jsut installed it on a new S23 Ultra, w/Android 14 and OneUI 6. I did not realize that it had notifications blocked, and wouldn't you know it, while my son was filling water barrel for his aquarium, it triggered the Flo device, which automatically shut the house water off, because I failed to dismiss a notification that NEVER CAME! I am so annoyed. I will contact Moen on Monday 11/28 to see if they are aware, and if they have a quick solve. For now, I have ALL alerts being sent to my phone, text, and email!
