4G doesn't work after last update

Anyone else can't access 4G after the last update? It's for my galaxy s20FE

Hi , I cannot access 4G with my 2 year old Samsung S20FE , is not even an option on list ....can this be sorted / upgraded somehow ...thanks guys

I have a samsung s22 5g cannot get 4g coverage when I'm out an about, tried settings, connections,mobile networks, says try later. Also tried the general management ,reset,reset network still nothing also turned in an off in case it was the phone that froze still nothing
Any other ideas

i have done all things suggested here regarding settings reset etc

i wondered if information showing 4g is available indoors here was wrong but giffgaff and smarty website area checks say it is
