Anyone else can't access 4G after the last update? It's for my galaxy s20FE

Can you check in Settings, Connections, Mobile Networks and see if 4G is still chosen.
If it is then if your not getting a 4G connection anywhere you visit then go into Settings , General Management, Reset and Reset Network connection.
If that does not help then as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and if possible another sim in your phone and see what happens.
You also have a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app.
Have a word with your network customer service to check your account is set upcorrectly.for 4G.

Just bought this samsung galaxy fe phone so know my Sim card does 4G.
4G isn't even in the list of network options. Please solve this.

Yes, same here. Samsung 52A.
Prior to that update, I had an option for something like 3G, 4G, 5G, and another option that only went up to 4G, and I would have to turn off 5G to get any kind of Internet at all. Now it is stuck on 5G and no 4G option. I need the 4G back!
