Hi everyone,
I've the Samsung S20 Ultra and while I was watching TV, my phone got out of nowhere a blue strange software screen with a barcode (see attached pics). I had to restart my phone by pushing volume down + side button for 7 seconds.
Does anyone know what this means and why my phone got it?
Thanks in advance!

That doesn't look right, @Nivram! Seems like a fatal exception on the internal storage which automatically restarted your phone in a recovery mode. Did it properly restart after you held down the buttons, in other words, are you able to use your phone again?
If it happens more often, I'd recommend you to reset your phone to the factory settings.

Hi, thanks for your reply!
I was a bit curious because it came to mind I was hacked or something?
But after I restarted, everything seemed normal to me.
I hope it won't happen again!

Hi @cptrich1010, good afternoon.
Welcome on the Samsung Community!
That doesn't look right, how is your phone now? Have you tried a factory reset?
Kind regards,
Martijn
