I must have initiated quite a few posts and posted numerous comments about Android 11 update which after more than an year of release is not available on my Samsung S10.

I bought a brand new unlocked Samsung S10 in UK in Jun2020 and can't remember seeing any update on my phone.

I guess its fair to say that I have tried every possible thing including checking updates manually, connecting my S10 to my laptop over smart switch and even factory reset. Yet my phone hasn't received Android11 when other are on thier way yo received Android 12.

Last year around September, I tried speaking to Samsung helpdesk who were not helpful either and suggest that I should wait.

The question is if I should wait or is there anything else that I should consider trying to get the official Android 11 ?

Thanks again for your response. I have a feeling that it might work but not sure if I am ready to run this as takes the phone to factory reset which means I will have to take time to install and activate the stuff.

Thanks to all those who have taken the time to respond. Yesterday I received a call from a chap called Kyle from Samsung as a result of chat with Samsung where I asked them to raise complaint.

Kyle advised me irrespective of where my phone is from which according to them from Ireland, I should receive update and have to be patient.
All he said that it would be investigated internally but won't send me any email confirmation.
After some insisting he gave me a 10 digit reference number which I am not sure if I should believe.
In short Samsung doesn't give a *****.

Thanks but trying that is not only time consuming but risky aswell in case something goes wrong with the updating of local csc.

It's not risky trust me if your based in UK and your using the phone in the UK there no harm in trying I have a galaxy a52 5g and I had to change my csc from XEO to BTU and it was safe and didn't mess my phone up now I get all the updates

@Ksmy89 and @RuthlessAfro24, thanks for suggesting to change the CSC code which now shows BTU.
No android updates just yet as my phone still shows June 2020 security patch. Let's see in few days or weeks, if the CSC makes any difference at all. I shall keep you posted.

I shall be happy to get Android 11 to start with. Android 12 might be a bit far fetched. I did smart switch whilst restoing my phone but didn't work. So don't know when and it at all I will get updates.
