When I try to update my Android 10 S10+ (SM-G975F) it says software is up to date even though I signed up for the Android 11 beta and even though samsung members says I have software that is not up to date.
I have tried clearing cache and doing restarts to try and see what the issue could be and I would reset my phone but the hundreds of apps that I have would make it painful to reinstall all of it and some are apks and finding them again would be a pain and reinstalling my phone would be very difficult. If there's any other way to fix this I'd be very grateful for any help. Thanks. (Screenshots are below
