One UI 4 Android v 12 update... has messed things up!

My phone updated to the latest software over the weekend... soon after problem after problem! My calendar looks different I e. The GUI looks worse, unable to create shortcuts via save to home screen! Certain apps not working I.e. moonpig app not letting me personalise the details (moonpig confirms its not their issue). Battery seems to drain much quicker... anyone else having problems with enough frustration to chuck the phone out the window?!?

Have you tried clearing your phone cache

Agreed, completely awful UI. Huge downgrade on my Note 10+ 5G.  Makes a £1000 phone I'm still paying for for a year look like an entry level budget model, makes a 4K screen look like a 480p sub vga iPhone 3. Weather icons ruined and useless, battery life worse even after a cache clear, font especially 9/6 numbers hard to read, fisher price charge icon.  Best advice is dont' upgrade for as long as you can.
